Return and refund
- Any goods sold by Spadico may be returned provided that they are in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging and within the applicable legal or commercial return period, except in the case of personalised, custom-made or cut-to-size products, such as chains cut by the metre or other items prepared specifically for the customer.
- If an error occurs in the shipment and such error is attributable to Spadico, the return shipping costs will be borne by our company.
- If the return is due to a customer error, a change of mind or an incorrect product selection, the customer may return the goods but must bear the return shipping costs.
- Once the goods have been received at our facilities, the Spadico team will inspect their condition. If the product is in perfect condition, unused, complete and in its original packaging, the corresponding refund will be processed.
- If the goods do not arrive in the same condition in which they were sent, show damage, signs of use, handling, lack of original packaging or missing components, Spadico may reject the return or deduct the corresponding depreciation from the refund amount.
- Some products may have an approximate variation of ±10% in their measurements, weight or dimensions. This tolerance will not be considered a product defect when it falls within the usual manufacturing or supply margins. If a return is requested for this reason, and provided that the product is eligible for return, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the final refund amount.
